I can't believe that school has been going on for almost 2 months! Fall has arrived, the leaves are turning and the cool nights have arrived. Thank you Lord for the seasons! So much has been going on since my last post. My oldest dd turned 8 and started 2nd grade! My youngest dd is in Kindergarten and loving it! Hubby has started working on the house! We will have new walls and we will be painting the entire house before Christmas! We've got a lot of work to do!!
Hubby and I have been put in charge of the Married Couples Fellowship at our church. We had our first meeting on Saturday and it was a success! We had a total of 7 couples, with 3 of them being new! Prais the Lord! We were a bit nervous since only 3 couples rsvp'd, but the Lord works all things out in the end. We are excited to see this ministry grow and for marriages to get stronger. We know that Satan is on the prowl and he is targeting marriages like crazy. We need to continue to pray to keep all marriages strong.
On anothe note, I have joined in the Good Morning Girls 1 John Study. So far, I am enjoying delving more into the Word. I will be participating in a blog hop for GMG sometime in the coming week. I am also doing Word of Life with our youth group at church.
